We provide bookkeeping, tax, advisory, company formation, financial planning and compliance services. The specific scope, deliverables and fees for your engagement are set out in a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this website.

Your responsibilities

Fees

Fees are as agreed in your engagement letter. Monthly plans are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days notice. One-off services are quoted before work begins.

Liability

We take great care in our work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
